No. Fixpass is a membership experience for managing eligible home repair requests with clearer intake, billing, and status updates.
What happens if work is outside my plan?
Fixpass reviews every request. Out-of-scope work may be declined or quoted separately before scheduling.
Can I add photos?
Yes. The mobile app supports request photo uploads, and the website is ready for real brand and service photos when you provide them.
Do unpaid accounts get service access?
